Leafy greens are some of the most nutritionally integral foods you can eat, and very few people get enough of them. So get your greens on!
I have about 10 leaves of chard in my smoothie in the morning, then a greens salad with sprouts for a snack, and then for dinner some rice and peas, avocado with a mixture of wilted kale, chard, and spinach. So delicioussss! LOVE GREENS!!
I am currently growing these, can’t wait!
